Hi, I’m Nick.

A local Adelaide resident and professional chef with 20 years of industry experience with a passion for really good pizza.

What we do.

We design a personalised menu to take care of you and your guests at your private event with first class service and incredible hand stretched pizza using the highest quality produce at $40pp.

Why we do it.

It has always been about the dough, honing in on the art of simplicity, giving one thing all of my focus, becoming obsessed with the process, the result is something beautiful.
